The Associate of Arts in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism degree program (AA Hospitality, Travel and Tourism) from the University of Phoenix Online is a degree targeting those interested in the hospitality industry. It is targeted towards people who want to become hotel managers, run retreats, own a resort, or otherwise participate in industries associated with hospitality and tourism.

The course has a management focus and is geared towards providing students with essential leadership skills in order to enable them to hire, train and manage persons who directly interact with customers.
