The Arts & Humanities department at the University of Phoenix presents Business Literature or LIT 320 as part of the General Arts Courses & Training or a General Arts degree.

The Business Literature course examines the workplace and business through visionary essays and literature. Emphasis is placed on themed plays, essays, poems and short stories with particular story lines or themes that come from the workplace.

Business Literature - LIT 320 students can expect to read, analyze and interpret presented literature at the same time while providing feedback on the direct connections between personal identity and their chosen occupation. In addition, the Business Literature course will also focus on the connections between personal and social significance. Students will also note and consider societal trends that are depicted by workplace and business attitudes as well as those that are portrayed in today's literature.
