Call Center Management Overview and Applications (CCP-300) is a three credit course that is a part of the University of Phoenix's online Bachelor's and Master's of Business Administration programs. The course provides the student with the essentials that are needed to understand the management of a call center. The course will also give the student the opportunity to become familiar with the applications that are used in a call center.

During Call Center Management Overview and Applications the student will delve into the details of the operations of a call center. The student will obtain an understanding of the people that are required for day to day call center operations.
