Call Center Management Overview and Applications (CCP-300) is a three credit course that is a part of the University of Phoenix's online Bachelor's and Master's of Business Administration programs. The course provides the student with the essentials that are needed to understand the management of a call center. The course will also give the student the opportunity to become familiar with the applications that are used in a call center.
During Call Center Management Overview and Applications the student will delve into the details of the operations of a call center. The student will obtain an understanding of the people that are required for day to day call center operations. Students will also be taught the importance of customer relationships and how to establish good customer relationships. In addition the class will cover leadership skills that will be beneficial in helping the student to manage the business of the call center and its employees.
