Meet a lawyer and an investor named Bob Diamond. Since the late 1980s, he’s been bidding on tax sales. He is entirely familiar with them.

Without coming out of pocket, without any concern of getting outbid. In fact, you don’t even have to bid at all.”

Bob teaches you how to benefit from overages in his Overages Blueprint course. Is it really worth the $1500 he’s asking for it? If his social proof and success stories are anything to go off of, I’d say it probably is. One of the students displays a check for $9,248.80. Another Overages Blueprint member claimed to have made $6,000 in the first three months after joining. “The most interesting thing about it is that it’s low exposure financially, compared to other types of real estate,” said Roger, who had attended one of Bob Diamond’s seminars. “But it still has the potential to be highly profitable. There are numerous laws to be aware of and no one forgives you if you slip up. Two, rather than merely saying, “The seminar was good” I’d like to see more testimony from individuals who are actually making money with it.
