Hey, I'm Joshua T. Osborne

In 2015, I said goodbye to 16-hour days and hauling boxes up and down stairs for a living (I was a mover). I became a full-time entrepreneur, and I made my money by helping business owners make money.

They had a need, and because of Virtual Tool Booths., I could fill it. Through the methods taught by my all-time favorite course and mentor, I created a 6-figure business in roughly 6 months. I could retire today (at 37) and never have to worry about money ever again.

Because of Virtual Tool Booths., I was able to quit my job, work online with flexible hours, and move to the mountains (Colorado Springs if you’re wondering)...all while helping real people improve their businesses, incomes, and lives!

For most folks, a college degree is the biggest bill of their lives. I never went to college. So I don’t have any massive bills or giant debts hanging over my head. My greatest education came from Virtual Tool Booths. (for a tiny fraction of what college costs) and it’s the bill that pays ALL the bills - a hundred times over!

I really wanted to share this secret weapon with others, so they could change their lives the way I changed mine. So if you’re not 100% sure about college, or only researching to make someone else happy, Virtual Tool Booths. might be a better option for you.

In front of the camera, Jemal’s father asked him what he wanted to be when he was older, and his response left him at a loss for words. He said he dreamed of being “a millionaire.” There weren’t many millionaires who resembled him other than professional football players

As a result, Jemal’s attention was drawn exclusively to this. In high school, he was an all-state athlete and received a full athletic scholarship to play at a Division I university. After four years of playing football, the day of the draft finally came. That day, Jemal was not picked up by any teams.

If pro-football wasn’t in the cards for him, then he figured he’d give “the family business” a try. He became a police officer with the Chicago Police Department, following in the footsteps of his father, mother, uncles, and older brother. He and his partner got a call about a curfew violation one day while on the job. These types of calls weren’t really seen as a big deal.

They approached the teens, and one of them fled. After years of training for the NFL, Jemal was in great shape so he pursued and cornered the teen. This routine call quickly turned dangerous when the cornered teen pulled out a revolver and took several shots at Jemal. Fortunately the shots missed his head.

This was a wake-up call for Jemal. Jemal knew he was “done” as a police officer, but he still needed the money. That was the only source of money he could rely on to pay for his next move. All of his debts were listed and he chose to purchase a property for each one.

His first purchase was in a four-unit brick building for $125,000, which he bought after looking at 77 other properties. He had to shell out an extra $25,000 to have everything fixed up. Post renovations, the property was worth $280,000.

When Jemal finished renting out four units, he was making more than $3,000 a month in residual revenue. After 18 years, he’s made over $700,000 from the same building! He said “if it worked once, maybe it can work twice!”

He decided to wash, rinse, and repeat the process which lead him to become a billionaire in a short period of time. He did this all while continuing to work full-time for the Chicago Police Department. This is how he earned the nickname “9-to-5 Millionaire“.

When a mentor persuaded Jemal to teach others what he had learned about investing in real estate, his aim to establish generational wealth changed. The Make Real Estate Real course was created.

In eight easy-to-follow sections, it distills two decades of on-the-job expertise. When it comes to real estate, you’ll discover how to benefit from every transaction. Everything from wholesales to repair and flips to buy and holds.

There are two ways to pay for the Make Real Estate Real course: $997 or $499 in two installments. For an additional $97 a month, you can join the Alumni Association, which offers continuous mentorship and masterminds. Once you purchase from Jemal, there will be no further charges.

A return policy wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the site. I have no qualms about promoting it. Jemal’s narrative was fascinating, and it’s clear he’s a genuine person. That said, there is a technique to get passive income from real estate that is less competitive, simpler, and considerably less expensive. Not in the way you’re probably thinking though.
