When you take a look at successful investors in real estate and those who are only scraping by, the biggest difference between the two, as Phil Pustejovsky puts it, is that those who are killing it have mentors.
He goes on to add that he was a total disaster when he first began in property investment. He was homeless and living in a truck in Nashville, Tennessee, at one time. So, what happened get things going in the right direction? What magic lamp did Phil rub to got him living on a lakefront estate in Florida?
Phil said, “It was a mentor. He took me under his wing and showed me exactly what to do and how to do it. And so, when I reached my financial goals in working with him, I began mentoring others. And that’s how Freedom Mentor was born. And now, a decade later, we have transformed the lives of people from all walks of life.”
Phil says that his Freedom Mentor team has created more wealthy property investors than just about any other real estate mentoring program in history, from elite athletes to work-at-home parents, physicians to waiters, engineers to chefs. Phil shares, “We have been recognized as the greatest real estate mentoring company ever. And you have an opportunity to be a part of this.”
The question is should you take a “limited spot” offered in his Freedom Mentor Apprentice program? According to Phil’s website, here are the benefits:
- You can learn a skill that is so versatile and powerful that it allows you to make a lot of money and still have the freedom you desire.
- You only need a phone, a computer, and a printer.
- Profit for your life: No one can take this life-changing education from you.
- Increased confidence, financial intelligence, and real day-to-day freedom.
If you are coachable, devoted, action-oriented, honest, optimistic, and committed, Phil feels you might be a good fit. If you are accepted, he will teach you all you need to know about real estate investment. Then you’ll be required to put what you’ve learnt into practice. Phil will give you a 50% discount on your first several purchases. This is the only flaw I see in this deal.
I’d be OK with it if the mentorship was free. To join the Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program, you must pay a one-time fee of $3,000, followed by a monthly fee of $197. You’re practically compensating Phil for the thrill of working for him. Now I understand how he is rich enough to afford his oceanfront property in Florida. Phil was a glutton for punishment when he accepted this offer. Either you pay to be instructed and enjoy all of the benefits, or he mentors you for free in the future. But not all at the same time.
Conventional real estate investment appears to be oversaturated. This is particularly true now that so many course marketers and gurus are teaching their own methods to thousands of students. This business is clawing its way to the top. Below is a more straightforward, cost-effective, and cutting-edge option.
