Phil will give you a 50% discount on your first several purchases. This is the only flaw I see in this deal.
I’d be OK with it if the mentorship was free. To join the Freedom Mentor Apprentice Program, you must pay a one-time fee of $3,000, followed by a monthly fee of $197. You’re practically compensating Phil for the thrill of working for him. Now I understand how he is rich enough to afford his oceanfront property in Florida. Phil was a glutton for punishment when he accepted this offer. Either you pay to be instructed and enjoy all of the benefits, or he mentors you for free in the future. But not all at the same time.
Conventional real estate investment appears to be oversaturated. This is particularly true now that so many course marketers and gurus are teaching their own methods to thousands of students.
