Members have the ability to earn large sums of money from the comfort of their own homes, even if they have never participated in a deal before. Dolmar claims that he is talking about $5,000, $10,000, even $20,000 or more in the next 30 days or less.

Following your entry into Dolmar’s funnel, you’ll have to endure an excruciatingly lengthy sales presentation until he eventually pulls out all the stops in an attempt to get you to purchase his Automated Investor System right then and then. 

The price has been significantly reduced, but only if you act quickly. If you are one of the lucky ones, you will only have to pay $497 up front, plus $97 each month for continuous access to his app. 

Sigh. The whole experience was just too “slick” for my liking, didn’t really feel like I could trust it ya know?

Dolmar Cross seems to be more of a promoter than a real estate investor in the traditional sense. However, this does not rule out the possibility of him teaching you a thing or two or the possibility of his app being of little use, but I would never spend money with someone I did not believe in. 

That is not the case when there are so many credible professionals out there that not only walk the talk but also advertise their programs without the use of hype or questionable marketing practices. Take, for example, the work of Pace Morby and Jamil Damji.

Finally, I just believe that there are more sound business models. Whatever way you cut it, and no matter what secret software you use, wholesaling and home flipping have become rather stale, haven’t they? 

In addition, who likes to contact someone on the phone and attempt to persuade them to sell their home out of the blue? That seems like a desperate move.
