“Everything in your life is being run by one thing: your mind,” John says. “Your mind dictates the results you get in your business, finances, relationships, family, health, everything.

So if you’re not getting the results you want in your life, do you not have the focus, consistency, confidence, and power you know you deserve? And you can’t seem to shake the fear of failure, self-doubt, and negative thought patterns? What you’re about to learn is gonna completely.”

To help others, John trains and educates people to control and regulate their minds so that instead of being overshadowed by negativity, they can still make the best out of themselves and work efficiently. He uses the analogy of bulletproof in the mind because this centers on strengthening your mindset to avoid a bullet of problems going through your life.

He shares eight essential ingredients to build a bulletproof mind in his project. First, you are the central power of your station. In other words you already have innate talents and capabilities, and it’s just a little late when it blooms.

Second, your mind is your enemy. When you do something your brain is the first to criticize you and convince you to doubt yourself. It is brilliant in showing you mental images in your brain but you are often at a disadvantage because it reminds you to want to forget.

The more ugly memories resurface, the greater you look down on yourself, your outlook in life, and the image of your future. Be smart and run if bad thoughts keep on clinging to your head as they won’t do good on you.

Another special ingredient for a bulletproof mind is to acquire clear, balanced viewpoints. Be realistic but not pessimistic. Do not be too hard on yourself. Do not overthink and think of things to what they mean.

Change your mindset. Look for the goodness of everything, even if it is difficult at a particular time. Being honest and straightforward may lead some people to leave but think of the people who stay and how they mean to you.

The fourth one, change is the only thing that cannot change so embrace it. Don’t focus on change that makes you feel sad. Instead, look closer to the little good change you achieve in your life. Unfortunate things drive change, but it makes you ready to overcome another problem. It changes your perception from “I’ll give up” to “Let’s try it again.”

The fifth one, accepting hardship, will not be of help. It will only push you to the end of the cliff, and you will experience burnout—leading to unproductive behavior. Being too negative will affect your physical, psychological, and emotional health. In line with this, the sixth one also states that too much optimism will only make you mask your feelings. False positivity is more dangerous than the 5th number because a person is forced to disregard his emotions leading to confusion and later to lose self-awareness.

Then the seventh one is to consider inside and outside the box. It is to consider every factor that will affect what you decide to have fewer regrets. Lastly, the eighth secret is being in charge of your power, your mind.

That is all for John’s “top 8 secrets for being a Bulletproof Entrepreneur,” and you have a chance to interact with him in his Facebook group, where you can see more of his programs. Before I live I want you to remember that instead of being stuck to a self-blame cycle, then step out to do things you can do one at a time. Stay healthy!
